At Bseelo, we care about you and your pets. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on your preference).

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging, with tags, labels, or seals intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

    • Pet food and treats (if opened).

    • Grooming products (if used/opened).

    • Personalized or custom-made items.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 15–20 business days and applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product).


3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable.
