The price is worth it, not bad

One pillar was damaged during delivery.
Can’t I receive a separate pillar without returning it? They say it’s not possible.
I plan to use it by ordering another one that’s cheaper after receiving some compensation.
The packaging is so disappointing. Just wrapping it in a paper box makes it a mess.

The taj mahal of cat trees. They love it instantly. Quality reasonable for the price. The mechanism to stabilise it against ceiling seems pretty solid. Shipping to australia took about 8 weeks but some things are worth the wait

Our ceiling seems to be a bit low.
Installation was easy and simple, even for women.
But I couldn’t use one because our ceiling is low at home.
Let’s use it next time haha.

The finishing work is rough at the corners; it would be better to use sandpaper to smooth it out.
It has a strong unique bond smell, please wipe it with a wet towel.
There is no cat ball fixing piece; you will need to prepare that separately.
It comes wrapped in an air cap inside a paper box. This seems like a fortune cookie.
There is a possibility of damage during transportation.

It seems a bit weak in durability… the wooden board… a bit… yeah, because I haven’t seen other products.
And it doesn’t seem to be the Korean size…it’s a bit off.

I ordered based on the layered options, but the composition is different.
The footrest size is too small compared to the height between floors.
No matter how small it is, a 30cm support pole seems safe.
The space between floors is a bit wide so that the child can rest comfortably.

The height is not enough… lol, it’s still unfinished. When the package arrived, it was heavy and difficult to assemble, but the parts themselves are light and weigh little. The one I used before had fluffy hair, so I was worried about mites when purchasing this one, but it seems clean enough to use.
